ADP was requested to re-design an existing nursery and enhance the children’s experience and increase capacity. Previous designs and plans had resulted in a failed funding bid!

New plans were produced to show how two under-used adjoining rooms should be utilised to provide the extra space needed and provide an interesting access route. The designs incorporated a new ship’s porthole device and a local artist produced wall murals to provide an “external view out into the local urban gardens and street”. Attention to detail and working in close consultation with the nursery produced the desired result.
