Asian Women's Project, Nottingham

ADP were invited to design, plan and project manage the refurbishment of an existing two-storey Victorian school building for the Asian Women’s Project in Nottingham

The building was designed to be multi functional to include a reception area, café / restaurant, computer and meeting rooms, gym, health / beauty salon and photographic studio. It also has the facilities to act as a community and training centre during the week, whilst at weekends it becomes an events location for the Asian Wedding Market.

This facility has been created to operate as a separate Social Enterprise providing high street quality services for this market. The rooms cater for the total wedding package experience from getting fit in the gym to health and beauty packages, from reception catering to the final photographic images of the happy day.

“ADP have renovated and totally transformed our premises beyond anything that we could have visualised. Their professional approach and attention to detail has been inspiring. The results now speak for themselves.”
Saher Tariq, Asian Women’s Project, Nottingham
